About Bebekish Products

Are your products in compliance with testing standards?

Yes. All chemical and hazardous materials testing have been outsourced and are in compliance with UK safety standards.

Our 100% organic products are GOTS certified and our signature bamboo and organic cotton fabric is Oeko-te certified. 

We use factories that are of Oeko-Tex100 standard, which means products are Oeko-Tex 100 Class 1 Baby certified free from any harmful chemicals or substances.

How to care your products?

All Bebekish products are very easy to care for. You can machine was them at 30C and line dry naturally for the best results. 

To maintain our garments’ integrity, wash with similar colours and avoid washing with towels and other rougher items.

What makes Bebekish so different?

Bebekish sustainable muslin swaddles are very soft and anti allergic. 

Our products are made from eco friendly bamboo and organic cotton products which help to regulate babies temperature by keeping them warm in winter and cool in summer. 

All Bebekish products are sourced and produced ethically from reputable factories in Turkey. 

As a mum of two, I am committed to producing products of the highest quality, which are eco friendly, natural, breathable, comfortable and durable for babies and multi-functional for mums.

Bebekish is very conscious of producing products that are unharmful to the environment 

Each product has been designed to make sure that it is suitable for babies and mums.

Bebekish is very connected to its environment. It is very important to us that we have a target of lowering carbon footprint to zero by 2030. 

We set our goals to reduce the usage of water from growing of the bamboo to manufacture of our clothes, to the way to recycle.

We want to leave our kids a beautiful, clean and green planet.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely understand that you may change your mind. 

Provided that the order has not been dispatched, you can cancel your order at any time by sending us an email at

You can change the style or you can ask for a refund. As a reminder domestic return shipping is free.

We want to speak to you too! CONTACT US with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.


What is your shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

We are doing our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Please allow for 2-4 business days for UK - (Monday thru Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) for your ground orders to arrive. 

We apologize for any inconvenience and are working hard to get you your products as soon as we can. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, we only ship in the UK for now.

We use Royal Mail for UK orders.

How much is the delivery cost?

We have free UK delivery on orders over £50

- UK standard deliveries - £4.95. Delivery time - 2-4 working days 

- UK track delivery cost - £6.50. Delivery time - 2-4 working days

- Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Wight delivery cost - £4.95. If you spent over £50 delivery is free. Delivery time is 2-5 working days 

- UK Islands, Guernsey & Jersey - Standard delivery cost is £12.95. If you spend over £50, delivery cost is free. Delivery time is 2-5 working days

What if my items has been damaged or is not what I ordered?

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return & exchange policy?

If you'd like to return or exchange a product, please email our Customer Care team at

All items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging. 

Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 

Make sure you obtain proof of postage for your return package

Items or orders you would like to return should be sent back to us within 14 days of your order being dispatched. 

Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 4-5 working days. 

If your product is damaged or incorrect please contact our Customer Care team who will advise you further on how to return this item.
