When can you dispatch my order? 

We completely understand that you would like to receive your order asap. We are working so hard to fulfill your needs. The warehouse team are continue to keep the social distance and following hygiene measures. 

Bebekish aims to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days. 

This can be delayed during peak times.

What if my item has damaged or not as ordered? 

Please take a picture and send your order to us at hello@bebekish.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible. 

 

What is your return policy? 

If you'd like to return or exchange a product, please email our Customer Care team at 


- Please note that international return costs are not covered by Bebekish


- All items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging


- Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer


- Make sure you obtain proof of postage for your return package


- Items or orders you would like to return should be sent back to us within 14 days of your order being dispatched


- Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 10 working days

If your product is damaged or incorrect please contact our Customer Care team who will advise you further on how to return this item.

 

International Shipping and Returns 

Free return offer is not available for customer living outside of the UK. If you wish to return your order, the cost will be at your expense. Please contact hello@bebekish.com for the required documentation needed for return items to our UK warehouse. 

How much is the delivery cost? 

We have free UK delivery on orders over £50. 

  • UK - Tracked and Signed 1st Class delivery cost £4.50. If you spent over £50 on your order, delivery cost is free. Delivery time: 1-3 days
  • UK - Standard 1st Class delivery cost £3.50. If you spent over £50 on your order, delivery cost is free. Delivery time: 2-4 days 
  • Northern Ireland, Scottish Highland and Isle of Wight - Standard delivery cost £4.95. If you spent over £50 on your order, delivery cost is free. Delivery time: 2-5 days
  • UK Islands - Guernsey, Jersey - Standard delivery cost £12.95. If you spent over £50 on your order, delivery cost is free. Delivery time: 2-5 days 
  • Europe - Royal Mail Tracked and Signed Delivery £9.90 or €11.95. If you spend more than €75 on your order, we offer free charge. If you spend more than €150 per order, there will be some duty fees that customers need to pay. Please check your country requirements for duty fees, VAT and local taxes. 
  • Please note: Any local taxes or duties are not taken at the checkout for the country of delivery. these may have to be paid on receipt.
  • USA - Royal Mail Tracked and Signed Delivery $15.00. If you spend more than $100 on your order, we offer free charge. If you spend more than $800 per order, there will be some duty fees that customers need to pay. Please check your country requirements for duty fees, VAT and local taxes.
